At SweetGrape, we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges, provided that the following conditions are met:

Return or exchange period:
You have up to 30 days after the date of receipt of the product to request a return or exchange.

Product conditions:
Returned products must be in resalable condition, with no signs of use or washing, and with all original tags and packaging still intact.

If a product is returned in unsuitable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return or charge a restocking fee.

Return or exchange process:
To request a return or exchange, please send an email to sweetgrapeshops@gmail.com including the order number, the items to be returned or exchanged, and the reason for the return or exchange.

We will contact you within 48 business hours to provide return instructions.

Shipping costs:
Return or exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refunds:
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned products.
Refunds will be issued in the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Personalized products:
Personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange, unless there is a defect or issue with the product.

Sale items:
Products purchased on sale can only be returned or exchanged for the amount paid for the promotional item.

SweetGrape reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not comply with the terms of our return policy.
